Wilhelm Theis GmbH has been one of the leading companies for building technology in the region for over 90 years. With around 90 employees at our Bad Marienberg location and on large-scale projects throughout Germany, we implement sophisticated solutions for office buildings, hospitals, hotels, residential properties, and sports and event venues.
- Supporting digital projects: They support management in the planning, structuring and implementation of new digital topics, internal development projects and technical solutions.
- Research & Market Overview: They research new software solutions, AI tools and digital trends, and present the results in an understandable and practical way.
- Improve processes: They analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and support the integration of digital solutions and modern processes more effectively into everyday construction site operations.
- Organization & Structure: They structure tasks, requirements, and information, and ensure that projects are properly documented and implemented in a traceable manner.
- Prepare meetings & votes: They coordinate appointments, prepare meetings, and record results and next steps.
- Creating presentations and documents: They prepare presentations, overviews, and decision-making templates for internal projects and votes.
- Introducing digital tools: They provide support in the introduction and use of new applications, digital tools and AI-supported solutions in everyday work.
Your profile
- Studies & professional background: You have a completed university degree with a focus on natural sciences and engineering, e.g. in the fields of business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, digitalization or a comparable field.
- Interest in digitalization: They are enthusiastic about digital topics, modern working methods, and new tools and technologies.
- IT & tool understanding: They are proficient in using common Office 365 applications and tools such as Microsoft Teams, and can quickly adapt to new systems, digital applications, and AI-powered tools.
- Structured work method: They work in an organized and meticulous manner and maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple topics and projects.
- Communication & Collaboration: They communicate clearly and reliably, enjoy working with different contacts, and are able to communicate professionally with external service providers and project partners.
- Self-initiative & willingness to learn: They contribute their own ideas, think proactively, and enjoy learning about new topics.
- Initial project experience & process understanding: Ideally, you have already gained experience with digital projects, process optimization, AI tools, or project-related workflows – however, this is not a requirement.
