TheLastSeat , an European event ticketing platform, is launching an exciting new venture to deliver innovative solutions for event organizers. We’re seeking a hands-on Co-Founder & CTO to take full ownership of building a groundbreaking product from the ground up. This isn’t just a technical role, it’s a chance to co-found a company with the backing of an established brand, shaping its future from day one.

In this role, you’ll be the sole technical force at the start, co-designing and developing the entire product using .NET . We need someone who thrives on independence, can manage themselves remotely, and has the vision to create something transformative for the event industry. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and build something big, this is your shot.

What You’ll Do

As the Co-Founder & CTO, you will:

• Co-Design and Build the Product from Scratch : Collaborate with the leadership team to design and develop a scalable software solution using .NET , taking it from concept to reality.
• Own the Technical Vision : Define the architecture, technology stack, and roadmap for a product that will innovate how event organizers operate.
• Work in an Agile Environment : Use Agile methodologies to plan, track, and execute the project, ensuring every milestone is met with precision.
• Work Independently : Operate remotely with full autonomy, relying on your self-motivation and organizational skills to deliver results.
• Collaborate with TheLastSeat : Partner with our leadership team to align the product with our broader mission and leverage our industry expertise.

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone exceptional who:

• Has a strong technical background with hands-on experience building scalable software solutions using .NET .
• Is experienced in Agile methodologies , capable of managing complex projects independently and keeping everything on track.
• Is self-motivated and organized , with a proven ability to work remotely without supervision and still deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Speaks fluent English , enabling clear communication with the TheLastSeat team and potential future stakeholders.
• Brings an entrepreneurial mindset , eager to co-found a venture and take ownership of its success.
• Ideally, has experience in the events industry . A plus, but not required.

Compensation and Equity

This is an equity-based role initially , offering a significant stake in the new venture. As a co-founder, you’ll share in the success of the company, with the potential for salary once the business generates revenue from paying customers. We’re already seeing strong interest from event organizers, and we’re confident that with the right product, we can quickly turn that interest into a thriving customer base.
