Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads and developing professional relationships.
Lead contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with local and overseas partners, ensuring economic sustainability and mutual growth.
Conduct outreach to clients via cold calls, emails, and meetings, with timely follow‑ups and administrative support such as contract drafting and coordination.
Coordinate with clients, internal resources, users, and stakeholders for project execution.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed project plans to track progress.
Report and, when necessary, escalate issues to management.
Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business studies/management, computer science/information technology, science and technology, or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in B2B, enterprise, or corporate sales, or 5+ years of experience as a project manager or in related fields.
Strong network to expand the business and good understanding of business process and analysis.
A can‑do attitude and grit to identify and leverage new opportunities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately with potential users.
A charming personality and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
Ability to negotiate and secure the best deal in partnerships.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Knowledge and understanding of security technologies.
Leadership ability with attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive, well‑organized work ethic.
Good communication in English (both oral and written).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
