- Head of Scouting & Recruitment Women (m/f/d)
- Development and implementation of the scouting and transfer strategy
- Identification, observation and evaluation of female players and talents
- Management and control of the national and international scouting network
- Creation and prioritization of player shortlists for the sporting squad requirements
- Support throughout the recruitment and transfer process up to the point of commitment.
- Close collaboration with the sports management, coaching team and youth development department
- Strong understanding of football and experience in professional scouting with a special focus on professional women’s football.
- Excellent knowledge and network in the field of national and international transfer and talent markets
- Security in talent assessment, player profiling and potential evaluation
- Expertise in the use of data analysis, video analysis and modern scouting tools
- Leadership experience and the ability to develop a scouting team in a goal-oriented manner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Negotiation skills and a professional demeanor towards external market players
