Responsibilities:

• Handle tasks and projects in the Technical Support department to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical communication between Production, R&D, and Global Tech Support.
• Conduct root cause analysis and actively participate in resolving technical issues.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to improve internal processes.
• Provide worldwide 3rd-line technical support for SEM/SDB products, especially systems released after 2002.
• Lead continuous improvement processes and postmortem analysis for support calls.
• Capture parts issues and collect Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) requests for microscopes and modules.
• Explore opportunities to reduce installation and warranty costs based on data analysis.
• Lead Global Technical Support tasks such as Process Improvement, Documentation, and Corrective/Preventive Actions.
• Seek opportunities to improve product quality.
• Follow effective documentation and management systems, including Environmental Management System.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent in Electronics, Mechanics, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eligible for electric regulation No. 250 §6.
• Proficient in English and Czech at least at B2 level.
• Ability to travel internationally less than 25% of the time.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of Product Data Management is an advantage.
