In your new role as Manager / Associate Director Strategy & Corporate Development, you will be driving the development of the company and be responsible for a broad set of entrepreneurial activities. You will drive think-cell’s strategy and corporate development from ideation to implementation.
What will you do
- Develop and implement the company\’s strategic plan, working closely with the senior leadership team to define and implement key initiatives driving business growth.
- Support and run selected strategic initiatives and lead related projects from definition to go-live covering both Product and go-to-market.
- Conduct market research and analyses to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities. Provide insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets incl. due diligence and related tasks such as financial modelling and deal support. Plan and implement the integration of acquisitions while collaborating with the management team of the acquired companies.
- Collaborate with different functions across the company such as product, marketing, sales, customer success, and partner management for optimized planning and execution.
You will be great for this position if you have
- Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Experience in management consulting required, additional full-time work experience pre or post management consulting strongly preferred (e.g. technology, start-up, PE or VC-owned portfolio companies, investment banking)
- Experience in the Software industry or Enterprise SaaS preferred
- Experience in strategy, M&A, business development or product development is a plus
- Strong product understanding of think-cell – experience with think-cell as a user is required
- Strong analytical skills, experienced in quantitative analyses (Excel) and financial modeling; excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change
- Self-starter mentality, positive can-do attitude, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Available to work on-site in Berlin at least 4 days per week
- Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus
- Able to laugh at least once per day
