What You Will Do

Take ownership of regional marketing strategy, driving pipeline and revenue growth across key markets. Lead and develop a high-performing team, align regional execution with global priorities, and turn market insights into impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of regional marketing owners, fostering collaboration, transparency and knowledge sharing
  • Own and drive KPIs: lead generation, pipeline and revenue targets; set performance metrics for regional marketing activities
  • Manage and allocate the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with global priorities
  • Translate global marketing strategies into actionable regional plans, ensuring brand consistency and appropriate localization
  • Work with regional leads to identify market-specific opportunities, challenges, and customer needs, integrating insights into global marketing planning
  • Aggregate and synthesize regional market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform global marketing strategies and product development
  • Standardize best practices, processes, and tools across regions to drive efficiency, scalability, and knowledge transfer
  • Build strong relationships with regional sales leadership to ensure marketing activities support pipeline and revenue growth across all regions

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in regional or global leadership role
  • Demonstrated success managing distributed, multicultural marketing teams/functions in the software or technology sector
  • Experience in developing end-to-end regional marketing campaigns: from strategy and planning to launch and performance analysis
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong project management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with campaign analysis and reporting, knowledge of Matomo and PowerBI
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Marketo
  • Experience running field marketing, partnerships, brand awareness campaigns or other regional activities
  • Experience managing budgets, setting and reporting on targets, including pipeline and ROI
  • Experience working with think-cell, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is a plus
  • Experience working with finance and consulting services is a plus
  • Proficient English - other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to work on‑site in our Berlin office 4 days per week, with 1 remote day
