Global Head of Regional Marketing - Join Our Innovative Team at think-cell Software
What You Will Do
Take ownership of regional marketing strategy, driving pipeline and revenue growth across key markets. Lead and develop a high-performing team, align regional execution with global priorities, and turn market insights into impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of regional marketing owners, fostering collaboration, transparency and knowledge sharing
- Own and drive KPIs: lead generation, pipeline and revenue targets; set performance metrics for regional marketing activities
- Manage and allocate the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and alignment with global priorities
- Translate global marketing strategies into actionable regional plans, ensuring brand consistency and appropriate localization
- Work with regional leads to identify market-specific opportunities, challenges, and customer needs, integrating insights into global marketing planning
- Aggregate and synthesize regional market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform global marketing strategies and product development
- Standardize best practices, processes, and tools across regions to drive efficiency, scalability, and knowledge transfer
- Build strong relationships with regional sales leadership to ensure marketing activities support pipeline and revenue growth across all regions
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in regional or global leadership role
- Demonstrated success managing distributed, multicultural marketing teams/functions in the software or technology sector
- Experience in developing end-to-end regional marketing campaigns: from strategy and planning to launch and performance analysis
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong project management and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with campaign analysis and reporting, knowledge of Matomo and PowerBI
- Experience working with Salesforce and Marketo
- Experience running field marketing, partnerships, brand awareness campaigns or other regional activities
- Experience managing budgets, setting and reporting on targets, including pipeline and ROI
- Experience working with think-cell, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is a plus
- Experience working with finance and consulting services is a plus
- Proficient English - other languages are a plus
- Willingness to work on‑site in our Berlin office 4 days per week, with 1 remote day
