What You\’ll Bring to the Role:

• Over 3 years of experience in (agile) software engineering
• More than 2 years of experience building AWS data pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka, Kinesis, Lambda, Redshift, DynamoDB, SQS, and S3
• Hands-on experience handling large volumes of data in a cloud-native environment
• A proactive, can-do attitude among team members
• A good balance of technical excellence and pragmatism
• Ability to respond effectively to operational challenges
• Willingness to travel between different offices
• Fluency in English
