Your tasks: Active participation in operations, especially in the sorting of special waste Organisation of processes and operations in the "Coarse and Fine Sorting" department Personnel management and monitoring of completed tasks Optimisation of processing throughput and costs Conducting regular safety checks Coordination of deliveries, collections and special transports Organisation of special waste collections in municipalities as well as cleaning and disposal operations at customers Submission of monthly inventories Your profile: Completed professional training in a chemical-technical field Professional experience in an operational and chemical work environment Several years of experience in team management Category B driving licence and forklift certification desired Good oral and written understanding of German Punctuality, stress resistance, reliability and thoroughness in work We offer you: A modern working environment within a company undergoing dynamic development.
