As a trusted advisor to one of our close customers, Thor Companies are searching for two experienced SuccessFactors Experts for an in-house opportunity at the start of a Greenfield S/4HANA transformation within a global Industry leader and a yearly turnover of over 4bn€. German speaking Hybrid setup – 60-80% home office Position 1: In-house SuccessFactors Architect Strong knowledge of the SFSF Suite with an understanding in most modules. Interface experience and integration/connection experience to other SAP Systems (BW/SAC, IDM etc) – ability to develop strategies around connected applications. Solution-focused mindset and driven towards innovative transformation. HR background and knowledge of business processes and bridging the gap between IT and Business. Salary: up to 115.000€ Position 1: In-house SuccessFactors Consultant \’Classic\‘ in-house Consultant role Configuration and further development of the SFSF area and transformation within internal HR strategies Strong knowledge of the SFSF suite with a focus on EC Strong HR background and knowledge of HR processes and matching this with IT.
