QA/QC Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support the delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects in the Frankfurt region. The role will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems across all construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project QA/QC plan, procedures, and ITPs
• Oversee inspections, testing, and quality audits across all trades
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate closely with construction, commissioning, and client teams
• Lead and mentor site QA/QC personnel and subcontractors

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager on large industrial or data centre projects
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection processes
• Experience working for main contractors or EPC contractors preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
• Fluency in English required; German is an advantage
