Your Role As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR technology solutions. You will: Lead and support workshops on HR process analysis, conception, implementation, and harmonisation. Drive SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects, including migrations to S/4HANA and cloud integration. Configure and customise SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, OM, PY, PT). Take part in project management and presales initiatives. Contribute to expanding the HR transformation team and knowledge base. Your Profile Several years’ project experience as an SAP HCM consultant or in-house specialist. Hands-on expertise in SAP HCM configuration and business process knowledge across HR. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or S/4HANA HR transformation projects is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in German and English.
