The Solution Strategist for Engineering Excellence in Europe is responsible for the commercial success, strategic positioning, and market adoption of Thoughtworks\‘ Engineering Excellence offering across the region. This offering helps clients modernize their software engineering organizations using a holistic, AI-first approach-combining platform engineering, developer experience, software intelligence, organizational transformation, and global delivery strategies. The Solution Strategist connects client demand to our differentiated capabilities, leading high-impact pursuits, shaping executive-level value propositions, and feeding insights back into offering development.

This role requires the ability to manage and grow a book of business exceeding $50 million in influenced pipeline, positioning EE as a strategic lever within client transformation portfolios. It sits at the intersection of consultative selling, technical solutioning, and go-to-market leadership in one of the most critical areas of enterprise modernization.
