Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technician Assembly to join our team at Benchmark’s Penang plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and systems with precision and care, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Memasang komponen dan sistem mengikut spesifikasi terperinci, lukisan, dan arahan kerja.
2. Melaksanakan tugas seperti pendawaian, pematerian, pemasangan mekanikal, dan pemasangan komponen.
3. Mengendalikan alat tangan, alat kuasa, dan peralatan pemasangan dengan selamat dan cekap.
4. Memeriksa dan menguji pemasangan yang siap untuk memastikan ia memenuhi standard kualiti dan prestasi.
5. Mengenal pasti dan menyelesaikan masalah semasa pemasangan dan membuat penyesuaian atau pembaikan yang diperlukan.
6. Menyimpan rekod kerja yang tepat, termasuk masa dan bahan yang digunakan.
7. Mematuhi semua prosedur dan garis panduan keselamatan untuk memastikan persekitaran kerja yang selamat.
8. Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan dan deparment lain untuk memastikan pengeluaran berjalan lancar dan cekap.

Requirements

1. Diploma or certification in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical fields, or SPM with 2 years of working experience as an assembly technician.
2. Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
4. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
5. Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during assembly.
8. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
