We’re now looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Engineering to help us scale our engineering organization to the next level. In this role, you’ll lead a growing team of talented engineers, shape the future of our tech stack and architecture, and play a critical role in driving the delivery of our ambitious product roadmap.
What you’ll do
- Lead, grow, and mentor high-performing engineering teams through rapid scaling stages
- Build the structures, processes, and culture needed to support engineering excellence as the organization grows
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Leadership to align technology with business goals
- Own and evolve the technical roadmap, architecture, and development best practices
- Ensure high levels of engineering quality, velocity, and team satisfaction
- Be a hands-on leader when needed — offering technical guidance, resolving complex problems, and unblocking teams
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong technical background in modern cloud-based architectures and software development best practices
- A track record of building scalable systems and shipping impactful products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
- Experience working in or with product-led organizations is a plus
- Passion for building not just great software, but strong teams and empowering cultures
