Their platform helps industrial teams capture, structure, and execute technical knowledge at scale, improving maintenance, service execution, planning, training, and troubleshooting for operators and technicians across manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure.

The Role
As Lead/Senior Value Engineer, you'll help industrial customers translate complex operational challenges into measurable value. You'll partner closely with Sales on strategic enterprise opportunities that require deeper process, data, or industry expertise, leading value discovery, tailored demos, and executive conversations.
You'll own the value workstream throughout the customer journey: identifying high-value use cases, building credible business cases and ROI models, defining success criteria for Proof-of-Value projects, and translating demonstrated outcomes into rollout and expansion roadmaps across teams, sites, and use cases.
You do not need to be a software developer, but you must be technically fluent enough to understand how enterprise AI products are deployed, how data flows through customer systems, and which technical constraints affect value realisation.
What You'll Work On
- Partnering with Sales on strategic opportunities, leading value discovery and executive conversations
- Understanding customers' strategic priorities and operating models, translating them into prioritized use cases
- Building ROI models, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
- Owning Proof-of-Value projects, defining baselines, success criteria, and measurement approach
- Leading executive value reviews and supporting expansion and renewal opportunities
- Establishing a scalable methodology for value discovery, assessment, and realisation
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- 3+ years relevant experience in Value Engineering, Solution Consulting, enterprise SaaS, industrial transformation, process improvement, or a comparable customer-facing role
- STEM background, ideally industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field
- Proven ability to identify, analyse, and quantify customer value through ROI models, business cases, or transformation roadmaps
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, comfortable working with incomplete data
- Experience supporting complex enterprise customer journeys and influencing stakeholders across Operations, IT, Procurement, and executive leadership
- Native-level or near-native German, professional English
Bonus:
- Experience in manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, maintenance, field service, technical training, or operational excellence
- Experience with industrial AI, enterprise SaaS, workflow software, or process intelligence
- Understanding of enterprise AI systems, integrations, and technical deployment requirements
