Product Designer – Mobile (Football Tech)
We're hiring a Product Designer to help shape the next phase of growth for a fast-growing football technology platform. The product delivers high-quality football experiences to fans worldwide, using data-driven insights to optimise engagement, retention, and user experience across mobile.
This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership, sitting close to Product, Engineering, and leadership in a fast-moving startup environment. The focus is on creating intuitive, engaging experiences that football fans love, grounded in research and strong product thinking.
What you'll be doing:
User Research – Plan and run user interviews, usability tests, and product discovery sessions to ground design decisions in real fan behaviour.
User Flows – Define, analyse, and continuously improve core user flows including onboarding and key engagement loops.
Collaboration – Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product goals into well-reasoned, shippable design solutions.
Design System – Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product experience.
Cross-Functional Support – Support visual design and brand initiatives across partnerships, marketing, and other teams where needed.
Product Thinking – Contribute to feature ideation, prioritisation, and overall user experience strategy.
Startup Execution – Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with practical execution.
