You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, site personnel, clients, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecyc le.
Your Responsibili ties Develop, manage, and regularly update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Proj ect.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding project planning and schedul ing.
Gather and validate scheduling information from engineering, procurement, construction, and installation stakehold ers.
Organise project workflows and ensure activities remain aligned with agreed deadli nes.
Prepare resource plans, milestone schedules, and critical-path analy ses.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, or scheduling confli cts.
Adjust schedules where necessary and support the development of recovery pl ans.
Provide regular progress reports to project and installation managem ent.
Ensure accurate scheduling data is collected from project managers, engineers, site teams, procurement, and subcontract ors.
Support the wider project team in the successful and timely delivery of complex infrastructure proje cts.
Your Backg round Esse ntial: Professional experience in project planning or sched uling.
Fluent German and English, both written and s poken.
P6 / Pri mavera Ability to create, maintain, and analyse complex project sche dules.
Confident communication with project managers, engineers, site teams, clients, and subcontra ctors.
Strong organisational and time-management s kills.
Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
Eligibility to live and work in Ge rmany.
Advant ageous: Experience supporting construction or installation pr ojects.
Background in energy, utilities, electrical infrastructure, or a related technical in dustry.
Experience with large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering pr ojects.
Knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar project-planning so ftware.
