A master\’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Software Engineering, AI or a related field. Strong experience in machine learning or AI, ideally using Sklearn , TensorFlow , or PyTorch . Passion for agile software development , a creative mindset, and curiosity for emerging technologies. Proficiency in Python with additional knowledge of other languages like C/C++ or TypeScript being a plus. Fluent German and English communication skills.
