Position: Infrastructure & Systems Specialist (Full-Time, m/f/d) We\’re looking for a systems-minded professional who can manage and evolve our internal platforms and services. You\’ll be instrumental in shaping how our infrastructure scales, improves, and supports both development and production needs. If you enjoy automation, streamlining workflows, and working closely with a collaborative engineering team, you’ll feel at home here. What You’ll Be Doing: Maintain and improve a mix of physical and cloud-based server environments. Own the evolution of both staging and live systems for testing and deployment. Automate routine tasks, including data flows, software rollouts, and system updates. Monitor system health and operational status, ensuring transparency and reliability. Collaborate with developers to design, build, and integrate new platform capabilities. What You Should Bring: A background in computer science, IT systems, or a similar field – formal degree, vocational training, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing Linux-based infrastructure. Proficiency with automation/configuration tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, or Chef. Enthusiasm for trying out new technologies and staying current in the infrastructure space. Strong written and spoken German, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Bonus Skills (Not Required): Familiarity with tools like StackStorm, Grafana, Docker, or AWS environments. An interest in motorcycles or the riding lifestyle is a nice plus.
