What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

1. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune)
2. Comfortable with Windows laptop management (some Linux exposure a plus)
3. Familiar with networking basics (firewalls, troubleshooting)
4. Solid hands-on experience with vSphere and ESXi systems (this is essential!)
5. Team-first mindset—customer-focused, communicative, and not afraid of entry-level work when needed

Nice-to-Haves:

1. Knowledge of virtualization tools beyond vSphere
2. Experience with NetApp
3. Enjoys working in a collaborative environment (we’re not a solo-desk kind of team)
4. Ability to mentor others and share knowledge freely
