Working Student Technical Product Management

Our client is a German software and AI company with around 300 employees and strong academic roots. Founded by a university professor, the company combines research-driven thinking with the development of digital products used by major organisations across Germany, particularly within the financial sector.
What you could work on
- Developing customer use cases and building proof of concepts on a conversational AI platform
- Translating customer requirements into structured technical solutions
- Supporting quality assurance and testing platform functionality
- Investigating complex technical support requests
- Creating user documentation, technical guides and best practices
- Working closely with product, engineering and customer-facing teams
- Exploring a clearly defined technical or product-focused thesis topic with expert guidance
What you should bring
- Current enrolment in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable technical subject
- Initial experience in product management, requirements engineering or relevant university projects
- A good technical understanding of APIs, JSON and logical system structures
- An understanding of LLMs and conversational AI
- The ability to explain and document technical topics clearly
- Ideally, experience with Jira, Confluence, AI tools or low-code/no-code platforms
- A structured, analytical and hands-on approach
- Fluent German—minimum C1 level—and good English
- Residence in Germany
