About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Operations Assistant (Intern) to support daily business operations across sales, marketing, finance and operational functions. You will contribute to core business processes, support cross-functional initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to commercial execution in a fast-paced international environment.
Key responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, including maintaining client records, tracking orders, updating sales data and assisting with the preparation of sales reports and business performance analyses.
• Assist in executing Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, including coordinating marketing activities, preparing materials and supporting cross-functional communication.
• Support basic finance-related activities, such as invoice tracking, payment follow-ups and maintaining financial documentation.
• Provide general operational and administrative support for ongoing projects while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and operational processes.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Basic understanding of finance processes, including invoices, payments and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and basic analysis.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or experience in sales, operations, finance or business support is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; German language skills are a plus.
