At the same time, as the lead for Finance Projects, you will drive the further development of finance processes and systems while representing Finance in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. /p h3Your Responsibilities: /h3 h3Finance Projects: /h3 ul liLead Finance and Accounting projects /li liContribute to integration, and system implementation projects /li liDefine business requirements and coordinate testing, documentation, and implementation activities /li liIdentify automation and digitalization opportunities within the Finance function /li liEnhance finance processes, controls, data quality, and the Internal Control System (ICS) /li liCoordinate stakeholders and ensure project quality, timelines, and objectives are achieved /li /ul h3Accounting: /h3 ul liDisciplinary and functional leadership of one Accountant /li liResponsibility for the Purchase-to-Pay process, including accounts payable management, compliance, and training /li liManage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations /li liFunctional responsibility for the accounting of the vertical business models: determine accounting entries of contracts and business transactions in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), IFRS, and Swiss GAAP FER /li liContinuously improve accounting processes, systems, and controls /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities: /h3 ul liAct as deputy to the CFO and the Director of Accounting within defined areas of responsibility /li liServe as a Finance ambassador for new processes and systems introduced by the shareholders /li liLead or support Finance and business transformation initiatives as a project manager or workstream lead /li liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a comparable qualification /li liAdditional training in Finance Accounting or Project Management is an advantage /li liSeveral years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting /li liExperience in Finance Projects and process optimization /li liStrong knowledge of digitalization, automation, and ERP systems /li liExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders /li liKnowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), IFRS, and Swiss GAAP FER /li liAdvanced Excel and ERP skills /li liAdvanced English and German skills /li liEntrepreneurial, analytical, and solution-oriented personality with a high level of initiative /li liStrong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and motivation to actively shape and drive change /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liA key role within the Finance organization with the opportunity to shape processes, systems, and strategic rollout /li liLong-term development opportunities, exciting projects, and a dynamic work environment /li liClose collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across the business /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
