Position: Customer Support Coordinator (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels (B2B and B2C).
  • Update promotion and marketing in social media channels.
  • Automate order management between the system and central warehouse, coordinating communication between customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage order uploads, track shipments, resolve issues related to order fulfillment, and address logistics‑related complaints promptly by identifying root causes and implementing process improvements to optimize workflows and align with customer needs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service for network distribution and clients.
  • Work with distributors/executives to implement SIPs and other business programs to provide ongoing support in their business development.
  • Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and trainings.
  • Support the Europe Service Center for regular reports and special projects.

Requirements

  • Excellent in German and English
  • Relevant professional experience of 3+ years in customer service / customer care.
  • Active, motivated team player who can work independently.
  • PC knowledge with the MS Office package.
