Regional Finance Manager (m/w/d)

TIENS is a multinational company and is currently active in more than 20 markets in its Europe region.

We have an open position: Finance Controller (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Oversee the finance system and ensure its efficient operation, ensuring accurate and timely financial data processing.
• Work closely with the CPA to manage external accounting tasks and provide all necessary documentation to the CPA and the State Tax Inspectorate, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the regional budget (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to align with organizational goals and track expenses.
• Manage internal financial reports and oversee the preparation and submission of the annual external report. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Address VAT issues and coordinate with tax accountants on financial matters to ensure accurate and compliant tax filings.
• Assist branch finance managers in budgeting and reporting, ensuring consistency and alignment with regional financial objectives.
• Support the Regional CFO in financial controlling, auditing, and ensuring financial integrity across regional operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, taxation, and accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented, independent approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in both spoken and written German and English.
