We are currently expanding our team in Zurich and we are looking for a motivated Senior / Junior Recruiting Sourcer to join us Full-time. Internship opportunities are also available. Key Responsibilities Source and attract potential candidates for various positions within the wealth management sector. Conduct thorough screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our organization. Handle administrative duties, including maintaining candidate records and scheduling interviews. Collaborate with senior manager to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress. Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve sourcing strategies. Skills and Qualifications Previous relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment with client contact is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and team members. Proficiency in English is required. German/Swiss German is a strong advantage. Additional languages like Polish, Arab, Turkish, Swedish, French, Italian, Spanish are a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate records and administrative tasks. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in supporting team goals. Background in recruiting and/or banking industry is also a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
