Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop teams at three locations (Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden) and establish additional leadership structures.
2. Build an optimal organization (personnel, processes, technology) to successfully manage the business and support growth in other German locations.
3. Standardize our nationwide facility management services.
4. Develop and implement strategies for organic growth, including customer relationship management, sales, additional services, and pricing.
5. Introduce and develop modern technologies (e.g., caretaker apps) to support operational activities.
6. Build a network of strategic partners in cleaning, gardening, and winter services.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in facility management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong business management skills and strategic thinking.
• Proven sales expertise in your field.
• Leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and openness to new technologies.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
