Responsibilities:

4. Analyse financial and operational data to support business planning and growth strategies.

Administrative & Executive Support:

1. Support fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with strong academic record;
2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in management consulting, operations, or a similar role within a startup or fast-growing company.
3. A hands-on attitude and a willingness to dive into a variety of tasks.
4. Full professional proficiency in English and German.
5. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support the team at international events or meetings.
