Reporting directly to the head of Technology & Operations (T&O), the Strategy & Transformation Office is pivotal in defining and driving the strategic direction and roadmap for the unit. As a Strategy Manager, you will lead and execute complex strategic initiatives, influence organizational design, and manage cost-effectiveness to support the long-term goals of a leading banking services provider.
YOUR MISSION
- Develop and drive the strategic agenda for the T&O organization, ensuring alignment with group-wide ambitions.
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives, including the formulation of strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps in collaboration with department heads.
- Shape the target operating model (incl. organizational structure and processes) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.
- Implement and manage cost control measures and strategies to maximize value and return on investment.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Act as a change agent, promoting and guiding the adoption of new methods and practices across T&O teams.
- Continuously challenge and refine existing processes and ways of working to drive improvement and innovation.
- Contribute to shaping the future direction and service offerings of the T&O organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent academic/work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in wealth management.
- Proven experience in IT strategy development, organizational design, target operating model definition, and cost management.
- Strong analytical and structured approach, with the ability to synthesize complex topics and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel, with a strong ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
- Located in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
