We are looking for a Bid Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create. Tietoevry Create is the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead the bid management process, including planning and coordinating proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts to gather necessary information and resources.
- Emphasize the importance of meeting timelines to ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and guidelines.
- Present proposals to stakeholders and address any questions or concerns.
- Monitor and report on bid performance and outcomes.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in bid management and/or contract management, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Familiarity with \“Bundesvergaberecht\“ and related procurement laws in Austria would be seen as an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle discussions in German language.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 45.000,00 (for entry level) on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the type of contract. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
