We are aiming for a market-leading position in our growing Automotive segment.

We continue to expand our business in Automotive and we want to strengthen our team with a Senior Sales Manager. The position will report to the VP Automotive, who is based in Paris.

You have the opportunity to work in our Tietoevry office in Regensburg and/or from home (hybrid workplace model or full home-office are possible).

When joining Tietoevry Create as a Senior Sales Manager:

  • Driving sales for existing accounts
  • Account management, planning, and reporting
  • Generating new business leads as well as arranging meetings and workshops
  • Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports, and supporting presentations
  • Working in tight cooperation with the delivery/engineering teams (mainly in near-shore/off-shore centers) and other internal partners and suppliers
  • Representing Tietoevry Create and our offering portfolio in meetings with customers and partners, conferences, and industry-related events

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development in B2B environment, with solutions and services related to software in automotive and smart mobility domain
  • Solid understanding of automotive software value chain and supply chain
  • Good contact network within automotive market (OEMs, suppliers…) as well as ability and willingness to reach out to new customers
  • Ability to identify and interpret trends and implications, and apply this knowledge to support customers
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Convincing presentation and value proposition articulation
  • Fluent in German and English
