You will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, winning new business, sourcing and placing exceptional candidates, and contributing to the wider success of the team. This is a senior position requiring a commercially minded recruiter who is confident managing clients, influencing hiring decisions and operating independently while also contributing positively to the wider team. /ph3Candidate Care Generation /h3ulliWrite and advertise high-quality vacancies, attracting exceptional candidates to Tiger Recruitment. /liliConduct thorough candidate interviews, fact-finding and qualification meetings, building strong and lasting relationships. /liliMaintain regular contact with candidates and develop a strong network of referrals and recommendations. /liliUtilise database and Boolean search techniques effectively to identify high-calibre candidates. /liliBuild and maintain an active, relevant candidate network across your specialist market. /liliProvide candidates with expert market insight, interview preparation and career advice. /li /ulh3Business Development /h3ulliDevelop and expand existing client relationships across the Swiss market. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within your specialist sector. /liliBuild trusted relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers and senior stakeholders. /liliAchieve agreed KPIs and business development targets. /liliDevelop a strong understanding of your market, competitors, clients and candidate landscape. /liliRepresent Tiger Recruitment professionally at networking events, industry meetings and other relevant opportunities. /li /ulh3Client Service Market Expertise /h3ulliConsistently deliver an exceptional level of service to clients. /liliDevelop long-term, consultative relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts. /liliProvide clients with relevant market intelligence, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice. /liliConsult with and influence clients throughout the hiring process to establish yourself as a trusted recruitment partner. /liliManage expectations effectively and ensure a high level of communication throughout each assignment. /liliUnderstand Swiss recruitment practices, market conditions and relevant employment considerations. /li /ulh3Recruitment Delivery Billings /h3ulliUtilise candidate knowledge, networking and database resources to deliver high-quality shortlists. /liliManage the recruitment process from initial briefing through to successful placement. /liliPrepare candidates thoroughly for interviews and provide coaching where appropriate. /liliConduct detailed interview debriefs and maintain an understanding of candidates' wider career activity. /liliManage offers effectively, providing guidance around negotiations, counter-offers and resignation processes. /liliBuild a consistent pipeline of vacancies, candidates and placements. /liliTake ownership of individual monthly and annual billing targets. /liliMaintain a strong and consistent level of billings, with a target of CHF 250,000+ over a rolling 12-month period. /li /ulh3Administration Compliance /h3ulliMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate, client and placement records. /liliEnsure all recruitment administration is completed accurately and efficiently. /liliManage relevant client portals and recruitment systems. /liliDraft job specifications and recruitment documentation for clients where required. /liliEnsure all activity is conducted in accordance with company procedures and applicable Swiss recruitment and employment requirements. /li /ulh3Company Innovation /h3ulliContribute ideas around marketing, technology, PR, events and business development initiatives. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve the way we work and enhance the Tiger Recruitment brand in Switzerland. /liliSupport the continued growth and development of the Swiss office and wider European business. /li /ulh3Positive culture. /liliDeliver a minimum of CHF 250,000 in billings over a rolling 12-month period. /li /ulh3Skills Experience Required /h3ulliProven recruitment experience, ideally within a specialist or professional services environment. /liliDemonstrable track record of business development, client management and successful placements. /liliPrevious sales, account management or consultative business development experience. /liliCommercially minded with a strong understanding of revenue, targets and profitability. /liliConfident working independently and managing your own desk and client relationships. /liliAbility to work under pressure while remaining calm, professional and composed. /liliExcellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. /liliStrong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities. /liliHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. /liliPositive, energetic and resilient approach. /liliStrong networking skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships. /liliFluent English required; German and/or French would be advantageous depending on market focus. /liliExisting
