Office Administrative Assistant - Nyon, Nyon, VD We are assisting a global organization in their search for an experienced Office Manager/ Office Administrative Assistant to oversee the smooth running of their Nyon operations. What You'll Do
General reception duties: answering phones and welcoming guests. Work in a team together with the other assistant. Oversee office administration and manage local resources. Support the General Management team based out of the Nyon office with internal meetings and conferences. Manage local invoices and company bills, scan and submit them for payment to the correct stakeholders. Organize daily or periodic office activities such as local lunch catering service for staff and visitors. Control inventory and ordering of office supplies and stationery, and maintain equipment like printers, coffee machines, laptops (in coordination with the IT team). Manage the office mail. Support and manage team diaries for the General Management team, including specific meetings, coordinating interviews (candidates' calendar and travel). Arrange travel for the team (including flights, accommodation, and car rentals) and related expense claims. Assist new joiners, mainly senior management, with car leasing, initial hotel accommodation, and car rental during their initial settling phase. Qualifications
Fluent in French and English. Swiss/EU nationality or clear eligibility for Swiss residence/work permit.
