The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything related to TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns, to ensuring a fun and safe space for all LIVE users. The LIVE Operations team is seeking an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local agencies.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and establish potential collaborations with agencies, MCNs, and organizations focusing on live streaming.
- Manage internal and cross-functional projects within the live-streaming agency ecosystem.
- Support the creation of LIVE operations policies, contracts, educational tools, and terms for agencies, collaborating with global teams.
- Guide existing agency portfolios on operational topics such as education, training, and shared services.
- Provide strategic guidance to agencies regarding content variety and quality across different verticals.
Minimum qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience related to or relevant to the live-streaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong intercultural communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Results-driven with robust data analysis skills, comfortable in a high-growth environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Existing network with influencers, celebrities, or live-streaming platforms, or a strong interest in them.
- Passion for the creator economy and its potential.
