Responsibilities The TikTok enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations in Switzerland. Our Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long‑term partnerships with brands in Switzerland, educating them about commercial opportunities within TikTok, and helping scale businesses to new heights. Our innovative advertising products are high‑impact and engaging. We create a seamless experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.
Build client relationships with major Swiss brands, increase product adoption and develop scaled solutions for business growth
Act as a sales consultant and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders to drive incremental revenue
Develop and maintain C‑level relationships, serve as the primary point of contact with customers’ marketing teams
Initiate joint business plans to maintain long‑term growth by understanding clients’ business objectives, KPIs and challenges
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and go‑to‑market implementation
Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
Analyze campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimized media solutions
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising or online advertising experience
Experience working in the Swiss and/or DACH market
Proven track record in driving incremental revenue in a fast‑paced solution‑oriented environment and achieving and exceeding revenue goals in a Media Sales/Partnerships role
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of digital marketing funnel
Experience determining and comparing the effectiveness of media plans in relation to business objectives
Experience in building trusted relationships with decision‑makers, including C‑level stakeholders
Self‑starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player, and fully fluent in both written and spoken English & German language communication skills are mandatory in order to be able to communicate with clients
Preferred Qualifications:

Creative, outside‑the‑box thinker and strategist
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to win the support of stakeholders
