Responsibilities Act as a product expert, educating clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing) on solutions, best practices, and new features to drive adoption and business growth. Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable, data-driven insights that improve advertising outcomes, maximize client revenue, and increase ROI and efficiency. Manage and grow client relationships by delivering scaled solutions and supporting strategic product adoption. Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to strengthen long-term client partnerships, in close collaboration with Brand Partnership Managers. Lead campaign kickoffs and oversee all timelines, asset delivery and optimization opportunities using data-driven analysis. Develop compelling sales materials and presentations leveraging market trends, case studies, industry insights, and third-party data. Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams, supporting the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners. Liaise with international product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues throughout the campaign lifecycle. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management or digital marketing/advertising. 3+ years of experience in Telco/Tech. 3+ years of media planning expertise and advertising effectiveness/measurement. Hands‑on campaign management across digital platforms and advertising tech products, with the ability to demonstrate ad tech product knowledge in the travel industry. Background in performance and app campaigns, and experience in client‑facing roles/engagements. Excellent verbal and written English
