Media Agency Partnerships Manager – Global Business Solutions – Munich

Responsibilities

• Revenue Partnerships
  • Strategically establish and manage client partner-focused relationships with agency holdings and large media agencies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to find holistic solutions for clients and collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and customer service, including education (individually and at scale)
  • Retain and grow revenue from agencies, always looking for new opportunities in close partnership with senior-level stakeholders within agencies
• Campaign Planning and Management
  • Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations customised to the agencies\‘ client business
  • Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help implement complex media strategies
  • Manage internal account operations including account setup for new agency accounts

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven and demonstrated media background, with minimum 5 years experience in digital media & proven successful management of large accounts
  • Experience in analyzing campaign data and delivering recommendations
  • Sales and consulting mindset, easily communicating with senior level within large agencies as well as within enterprise clients\‘ media units
  • Fully fluent German and English language skills in order to communicate with partners and clients
• Preferred Qualifications
  • A good network within different Big6 Media agency holdings
  • Excellent presentation skills in German and English
  • Self-starter, early adopter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
