Facility Supervisor

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for all requests and work orders for distribution tasks in agreement with the Manager and is also responsible for helping the team members of the maintenance team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor the Building Automation System (BAS)
• Ability to deal with HVAC and Thermal systems work and act accordingly to those readings
• Ability to deal with electricity and automation
• Ability to deal with mechanical and Hydraulic systems (low pressure, water)
• Manage and support Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of several systems
• Act in emergency situations
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures
• Accurately register all works on the Maintenance Management system (CMMS)
• Manage Maintenance Warehouse
• Manage Requests and Work Orders
• Manage Maintenance Teams

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Professional or Technical Training (High School) will be a plus
• 2 / 3 years of experience with similar responsibilities
• Knowledge and experience in Building Automation systems
• Proven ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
• Organized and able to register all the activities
• Ability to use Microsoft Office efficiently
