Facility Supervisor

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for handling all requests and work orders related to distribution tasks in coordination with the Manager. They also support the maintenance team members.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor the Building Automation System (BAS)
• Handle HVAC and thermal systems based on readings
• Manage electrical and automation systems
• Oversee mechanical and hydraulic systems (low-pressure water)
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance of various systems
• Respond in emergency situations
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures
• Accurately log all work activities in the Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Manage the Maintenance Warehouse
• Handle Requests and Work Orders
• Lead and manage Maintenance Teams

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Professional or Technical Training (a High School diploma is a plus)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Building Automation systems
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Organized, with good record-keeping skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Teamwork skills
