Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve economic targets
• Identify, qualify and pursue opportunities for business growth and continuously increasing operational profitability
• International partner relationship management on top management level
• Strategic development of our logistics partner network, close cooperation with regions and business units
• Implement and innovate on operational network, products and tracking solutions
• Develop and run effective network and product organization including a worldwide tracking set-up
• Plan, monitor and report on respective budget
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals (both functional and disciplinary leadership)
• Collaborate with regional and global management to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization

Minimum Requirements

• At least seven years work experience, ideally at least five years in logistics and three years functional leadership experience
• Collaborative & inclusive leadership style, focus on empowering the team
• Strong commercial acumen, business development skills, understanding of markets & customer needs
• English, additional language is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable with business travel
