We support our customer, an international technology service provider, in the search for motivated employees as social media content moderator (m/f/x).

Arbeitsort: Berlin, Potsdam

Your tasks:

• Evaluate content based on our client\’s guidelines and policies
• Review user-made reports that flag offensive postings
• Back office (non-voice) support
• Ensuring a quality experience for all users according to our client\’s terms of service

Your profile:

• Fluent business language skills in the languages English (B2-level) and Dutch (native language)
• Ability to work in flexible shifts 24/7
• Being a team player and willing to work in an international team
• High awareness of the cultural and political situation in the market/region you will be supporting
