We are opening up an asset class that was previously reserved for a few, to a wider audience.
We are currently building several strategic projects in parallel and are looking for support that works directly alongside our senior management on execution.
Was erwartet dich?
- You support the steering and delivery of strategic projects, from concept through to execution.
- You contribute to defining and executing our strategy and prepare the basis for decisions.
- You structure complex questions, analyse data and turn them into clear recommendations.
- You research markets, competitors, partners and the collectibles asset class.
- You prepare and follow up on meetings: agendas, materials, next steps.
- You work closely with the founders and senior management and take ownership of your own workstreams.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- You are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a degree program in business, management, or a related field (preferably at a top-tier university)
- You possess strong analytical and structured thinking skills, allowing you to transform complex data into clear, well-argued recommendations and presentations.
- You are proactive, work independently, and naturally use AI tools and modern technologies to enhance your efficiency and the quality of your work.
- You have a solid understanding of or a genuine interest in collectibles as an asset class.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
- Ideally, you are based in or around Berlin
