At Timeless Medical Systems, we utilize technology to improve patient outcomes with advanced nutrition management. This includes software used to track and trace the handling and feeding of expressed human milk, donor human milk, and formula in healthcare facilities and human milk banks across Canada, the US, and around the world.

The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap to deliver TMS solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. The incumbent is responsible for the monitoring of all aspects of the product life cycle, including both short and long term development. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is key to ensuring excellent product delivery.

The Product Manager will collaborate with the development team, monitoring adherence to the development plan while ensuring quality and technical integrity of features and components. The incumbent will be responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities.

Job Duties:

1. Responsible for communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business leaders, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear, and the product vision is aligned with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, align the product roadmap and identify key milestones.
3. Transcribe business needs into executable requirements for the development team.
4. Plan and oversee sprints that iterate towards releases.
5. Responsible for monitoring and prioritizing product backlog.
6. Assist technical writers in the design, development, and distribution of documentation related to product development and technical specifications.
7. Host regular product update meetings, demonstrating and communicating product functionality progressions.
8. Provide consultative support to the executive team and other strategic decision-making groups.
9. Ensure quality of product through requirements gathering and testing to ensure developer updates meet the business need identified and documented.
10. Partner with QA and Product Specialists to ensure the quality of deliverables and product success.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a product management related role.
2. Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO, etc.).
3. Degree or diploma in an Information Technology or Business related field preferred.
4. Proficiency with Jira.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret information.
6. Highly effective communication both verbally and in writing.
7. High level of integrity and work ethic.
8. Advanced ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
9. Demonstrated time management skills.
10. High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment.

Work Conditions:

1. Remote home office; potential for extended periods of sitting.
2. Operation of desktop computer and peripherals.
3. Flexible and at times long hours; may require nights, weekends, and/or holidays on occasion.
4. Company laptop provided.
