Job Overview

As a Manager Quotation and Solutions Aftermarket , you will act as a vital link between customer needs and solution expertise, ensuring the creation of competitive offers and supporting successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare precise and competitive quotes for small projects, ad-hoc requests, and time-critical AOG situations (Aircraft on Ground).
2. Ensure timely follow-up on submitted offers to support successful sales.
3. Select suitable suppliers considering service quality and cost efficiency.
4. Collaborate closely with Key Account Management and operational teams to meet customer requirements.
5. Assist the Customer Service team in daily operations to ensure smooth processes.
6. Monitor and optimize relevant KPIs such as success rate, processing time, and profitability.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a forwarding agent or similar qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics
• Good knowledge of the aviation logistics market
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• Self-reliant, solution-focused working style with quick comprehension
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Intercultural competence
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Good negotiation skills
