To ensure the follow-up and development of our customer portfolio in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a customer- and results-oriented personality with excellent commercial skills and perfect command of French.
Customer Advisor – French-speaking Switzerland (80 – 100%)

Your tasks:
- Ensure the follow-up, development and loyalty of the existing customer portfolio - Acquire new customers in the industrial and commercial sectors - Advise customers on our products and solutions directly on site - Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations - Plan and carry out customer visits - Document and manage commercial activities in our ERP system - Participate in trade fairs and specialised events
Your profile:
- Experience in sales service, field sales or customer consulting - Native French speaker with good oral knowledge of German for internal collaboration, or native German speaker with excellent knowledge of French - Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as genuine enjoyment of customer contact - Autonomous, structured and goal-oriented working method - Category B driving licence and great availability for travel in French-speaking Switzerland
