Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and orders, including quotations, invoices and commercial follow-up.
- Prepare commercial offers, costing and pricing.
- Perform project controlling, reporting and post-calculations.
- Coordinate project kick-off/review meetings and maintain direct communication with customers.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Engineering, Logistics, Work Preparation and Key Account Management.
- Support contract management and ensure contractual requirements are fulfilled.
- Monitor project performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally in Aerospace/Aviation.
- Experience in commercial project management, finance/controlling and contract management.
- Experience in MRO/Maintenance is highly desirable.
- Experience preparing commercial/technical quotations, costing and pricing.
- Strong SAP and MS Office skills.
- Business-fluent German and English.
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
- Knowledge of H135/H145 helicopters is a plus.
