The position is fixed-term until March 2028.
Your Tasks
- Deliver and manage HR services for the Single Aisle Equipping area in close partnership with the business.
- Advise line managers and senior management on all HR-related matters.
- Implement HR strategies and support the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and management reports.
- Communicate and apply HR policies, Ethics & Compliance standards, and national employment laws when advising management.
- Ensure the consistent and harmonised implementation of compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment policies in coordination with management and in line with business objectives.
- Support and promote the development of all employees.
- Ensure appropriate consequence management when required.
Your Profile
- Completed Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or comparable studies with a focus on HR, Management, or a similar qualification
- Professional experience in an operational HR environment is essential
- Knowledge of SAP/R3 HR and its detailed functions is essential
- Experience with Workday is desirable
- Fluent German and English language skills are essential
