For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as ERP Program PMO Support (d/f/m and contribute to a challenging ERP programme within the aerospace & defence environment.
Candidates must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances.
Please note that this position is fixed-term until the end of October 2027.
The main tasks and responsibilities:
- Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource and quality data
- Programme and project planning and scheduling, including breakdown structures
- Risk and opportunity management
- Performance monitoring, milestone tracking, reporting and phase reviews
- Contractual data configuration control and change management
- Implementation and management of project management processes and tools
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field
- More than 2 years of professional experience in project management, as well as relevant experience in finance and process planning
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience with Unified Planning – must-have
- Experience with Jira and Confluence – required
- Experience with Google Workspace is an advantage
