Manufacturing Process Engineer in Donauwörth

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS Helicopters, we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH.

The position holder (d/f/m) works as Manufacturing Process Engineer - Final Assembly H135/H145 (Manufacturing Process Engineer FAL/FL H135/H140/H145).

Your Tasks

• Perform work preparation activities for the H135/H145 Final Assembly Line and Flight Line
• Create work plans and bills of materials (BOMs), including cost calculations
• Incorporate technical changes into relevant manufacturing documentation
• Request production equipment and contribute to defining its technical design and specifications
• Review and approve construction documents and technical regulations
• Clarify technical questions and resolve issues arising from manufacturing and production
• Analyze production problems and define appropriate corrective actions
• Support projects within the manufacturing area

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Alternatively, completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Technician / Meister
• More than 3 years of professional experience in work preparation / production planning
• More than 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing / production
• At least 1 year of experience in Project Management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Experience with SAP
• Fluent German (negotiation level) and proficient English
